The interesting part of August was spent with a group of friends packing in as much as comedy as possible at the Edinburgh Festival. That and managing to drink an average man's weekly alcohol allowance every morning before 10. Highlights were Russell Brand, Jo Caulfield and the incredibly funny Alan Carr who we were lucky enough to spend an evening with in some bar or other. I also bought a rather nice phrenology head that I humped around Edinburgh for a day.
